General Dentist

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate general dentist to join our rapidly expanding dental practice. Primary job responsibilities:

• Perform General dentistry services for children and adults, including diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures.
• Examine patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient, utilizing X-rays, dental instruments, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Clean, fill, extract, and replace teeth using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications, and surgical implements.
• Familiar with general dentistry procedures (root canals and crown procedures)
• Provide preventive dental services & education in oral/dental hygiene.
• Supervise office staff, including hygienists, dental assistants, receptionists, and other staff.
• Coordinate laboratory services for the dental office.
• Adheres to the set safety protocols and processes, including but not limited to ensuring protective equipment is utilized & OSHA/Bloodborne pathogen requirements are followed.
• Participate in routine office meetings.
• All other duties and responsibilities are allowed under applicable state laws and regulations.

Educational Requirements:

• Should be licensed to work in Mississippi, with general dentistry as a field of study.
• Should be a DMD(Doctor of Dental Medicine) or DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery)

Professional Experience:

• No years of experience required. New Graduates are also welcome.

• Production basis
